We plan the convention around confirmed attendance, so every registration is final. If your plans change, your pass doesn't have to go to waste — you can pass it on.
All ticket sales are final. Once a registration is completed, we cannot issue refunds, credits, or partial refunds — for any reason, including no-shows or partial attendance.
This applies to full passes, two-day and one-day passes, child passes, and any add-on purchases.
Can't make it? You may transfer your pass to another person at no cost. The new attendee receives the exact same access your original registration included.
Transfers must be requested by the original purchaser and confirmed by us before the convention begins.
Additional terms. Badges are non-transferable once picked up on site and may not be shared between individuals during the convention. Any resale of passes above face value is prohibited and may result in the ticket being voided without refund. Programming, artists, and schedule are subject to change; substitutions do not qualify as grounds for a refund. In the unlikely event that Magic in Orlando is cancelled outright by the organizers, registered attendees will be contacted directly with available options. Questions?
